Henderson is a suburban city in Clark County, Nevada, United States, within the Las Vegas metropolitan area of the Mojave Desert. It is the second largest city in Nevada, after Las Vegas, with an estimated population of 257,729 in the 2010 census.[1][2] It occupies the southeast end of the Las Vegas Valley at an elevation of approximately 1,330 feet (410 m).
